Staffing & trades

Different client, different requirements, same file format

Placement moves fast and every end client wants something slightly different. We hold a protocol per client so your recruiters are not interpreting requirements on the fly.

Compliance

The standards this work falls under

These are the federal standards that most commonly drive exam requirements for this sector. Your own exposure assessment and client contracts decide which apply to a given classification.

Protocol

How we handle a book of clients

You send the client requirement once. We hold it as a named protocol and run it consistently every time a candidate is placed there.

Protocol per end clientEach client's exam requirements recorded once, so a placement request is a name and a protocol rather than a negotiation.
Program
Pre-placement physicalFitness for duty against the physical demands of the role the candidate is being placed into.
Employer-defined
Drug screen collectionDOT and non-DOT panels, urine, hair, or blood, with chain of custody documented end to end.
Part 40
Respirator clearance and fit testWhere the placement requires a respirator, clearance and fit test completed in one visit.
1910.134
AudiogramBaseline for candidates entering a hearing conservation program at the client site.
1910.95
Consistent file per candidateSame format every time, so the packet you forward to a client does not need reassembling.
Documentation

On turnaround: work-status determinations generally go out the same day. Anything that depends on an outside laboratory follows that laboratory's turnaround, which we will tell you up front rather than after you have promised a start date.

How we work

Built for placement speed

The bottleneck in staffing is rarely the exam itself. It is waiting on a result, chasing a missing form, or discovering the client wanted something else.

  • Same-day appointments where the schedule allows
  • A held protocol per end client
  • Bilingual staff and forms
  • Consistent candidate file format
  • On-site events for volume placements
  • Consolidated invoicing by client or by period

Send one client's requirements to start

We will build it into a named protocol and quote it per candidate.
